A third speed is already starting. We feel it in the weekly arrival of new AI capabilities, and we have no language for what it actually is: the intelligence explosion. Technology improving itself, recursively, without us in the loop. AI becoming singularly best at mathematics, medicine, strategy, all at once. The curve stops being a curve. It becomes a jump.

You do not course-correct mid-jump. The coordinates you set before you enter determine where you arrive.

Every offer is priced. Every price is published. Nothing is negotiated in the room. The number is the number.

Billed in advance

Sprints and consults: paid upfront. Larger engagements: staged, each stage paid before delivery, never after. Retainers: monthly or quarterly in advance.

Outcomes, not hours
