The next decade rewards leaders who upgrade themselves, not just their tools.
You have a felt sense of two speeds.
Analogue speed: slow, physical, one step at a time. Letters in the post. Newspapers in the morning. A new product every five years. There was always time to adapt.
And digital speed, the soundtrack of the last forty years. Analogue to digital. Dumb phones to smartphones. Manual cars to self-driving. Fast, but rideable. We have language for it. We have lived experience of it.
A third speed is already starting. We feel it in the weekly arrival of new AI capabilities, and we have no language for what it actually is: the intelligence explosion. Technology improving itself, recursively, without us in the loop. AI becoming singularly best at mathematics, medicine, strategy, all at once. The curve stops being a curve. It becomes a jump.
You do not course-correct mid-jump. The coordinates you set before you enter determine where you arrive.
The two to three year window we have is the pre-jump window, the only time left to set the heading. The Phase Three argument is what to set it to, and the pathway below is how I work with leaders to set it well.
I am the voice and the practice, the evangelist for human upgrade. Really Conscious Group is the team that delivers. One belief, two roles, and on this pathway you are working with both.
Where are you right now?
Eleven rungs, one heading. Start where you are.
"What is actually changing, and why your existing playbook will not carry you through it."
"I want to understand what AI really means for me and my business."
"I want to think with you for an hour about one decision."
"I want my leadership team or board oriented on AI, fast and without the hype."
"I want to see how you work before I commit to more."
"I need a clear plan I can act on Monday morning."
"I want to find my single biggest AI opportunity, with my team in the room."
"I need a working prototype that solves a specific problem, without a long commitment."
"I'm running an event, training program, or leadership offsite."
"I personally need to upgrade my thinking, my state, my decisions."
"I want to spend a year in a cohort of founders transforming together."
"I need ongoing AI capability inside my business, not another project."
"We're transforming the whole business, AI integrated into how we operate."
Five principles that hold the boundary so the work can stay alive.
Every offer is priced. Every price is published. Nothing is negotiated in the room. The number is the number.
Sprints and consults: paid upfront. Larger engagements: staged, each stage paid before delivery, never after. Retainers: monthly or quarterly in advance.
You do not buy time. You buy a result. Hourly billing commoditises the work and rewards inefficiency.
If the brief expands mid-engagement, the price is re-scoped and agreed before more work begins. Always.
The inner-work layer runs through every rung. Not an add-on, not a workshop. It is why the work holds when the pressure rises.
A 30-minute conversation. I will listen, ask, and tell you which rung is the right place to start. If we are not the right fit, I will say so.
